The Executive Recruiting Association (ERA) was formed in 1986 to promote and encourage high standards, efficiency, conduct, and ethics of the Executive Search/Recruiting Industry.

ERA is a professional organization consisting of individual recruiters and owners.  Offices range from single desk owners to offices with multiple desks with several recruiters.  ERA consists over 150 members, with a large percentage being single office owners who use it for networking purposes.  The areas of expertise range from professional, national search to local, clerical placements.

The goal of ERA is provide a strong networking group for the purpose of providing educational opportunities, discuss legislative changes, share successes, learn what works and doesn’t work, and promote camaraderie among fellow recruiters.
