ERA is dedicated to the professionalism and development of independent recruiting organizations.  ERA promotes and encourages high standards, efficiency, conduct and ethics of the Executive Search/Recruiting Industry by means of study, discussion and education regarding business procedures, activities and responsibilities.  Now that we are through with the sales speel, ERA is just a lot of very nice people trying to perform a better job; taking search assignments, recruiting candidates, making placements, creating better client relationships, and building a business.

Membership Types

1.  Corporate Membership ($75.00) - One membership fee covers all individuals within an organization.
2.  Individual Memberships ($75.00) - Only one individual is included in this type of membership.
3.  Non-Member (Free) - For individuals that want to be notified of upcoming events, but don't want to be members of IRG.
